Conventional is a good fallback position isn’t it?

Hiding yourself behind a conventional mask may be a save approach, as humans some circumstances mandate us to fall under this umbrella.
Falling into a conventional position in which we do get to contribute anything to our daily encounters, express opinions during conversations at school, work, home, social settings, we only listing to what others says, digest their point of views even though the next person is wrong.

There is nothing wrong with been conventional but for one live in a world were everything is evolving in our faces one should thing again. Those open minded people who have established a fine line between their traditional thinking and behavior with current developments will be the future references for tomorrow.

We all need to learn how to establish this balance, by not loosing out conventional personalities, customs while adapting ourselves into our surroundings.

Is an exhibition extravaganza introduced to South Africa few years ago.
The exhibition brings people from all work of lives together, they gather to inform themselves on new sexual toys such as pools, vibratos, condom, etc.

The Sexpo promoters says this events is about exposing the nation to sex issues, about the ideas that call both genders attention, educate on save tips on sex for anyone who is concerned on sexuality issues.
I now the first thing that come through our mines is sex, sex and more sex. It’s an exhibition with a twist one is in title of all the information that is share during this event, is not only for the wrong reasons.

Sexpo Cape Town will be taking place from the 2nd to the 5th December for all those interested in education themselves more about they sexuality and issues than man and women are into these days. Do nothing judge the book by its color, if you are around Cape Town in December go check it out.

Death

At times I ask myself what is death? What is like to pass on suddenly? Is there really a life after death?
A place beyond this world, a place described by the bible magnificently, the ultimate place far away from our world suffering, an everlasting life destination for all; Reaching this destination require going though death.

Some of us do think of death when a love one pass on and when we are remained off it, while others are obsessed with the idea. I am sure the majority of us acknowledge death as the last stage in our existence; but believe me you don’t want to be remained of such a thought during a 16 hours flight characterized by bad weather when could hear is a repeating voice on your left saying we going to die, we doing to day. No matter how you feel about death, at this moment you freak out, believe what you hearing and start evaluating your life, you think this is it.

I don’t know about you, but I simple don’t stand people who are pessimist about life circumstances and only thing of death the minute things do wrong. Don’t let those people scare you, live you life, don’t worry about death it will come one day no one can tell you when is going to happen.

Animals

The slaughtering of animals is parcel of our African believes. An activity passed down from generations to generation. Call it a custom or a tradition in some African and South American countries is a practice that lives in communities around the world.

Over the years slaughtering ceremonies have being criticized and categorized by western activist animal protection groups as a violation of animal rights, cruelty, bloody and inhuman execution.

The MTV Music awards held last Sunday, brought the world images of a singer dress on a dress made entirely by meet, so proud on stage receiving an award and the world watched mumbled a singled world about it.

I asked myself were where the activist groups? The same that quickly depreciate African practices, manufacturers of clothes made from animal material and consumers. I mean if they see wrong doing in such practices, what is good about appearing on stage on animal meet covered on your body?

Someone please call the animal rights activist attention this celebrity needs a piece of they mind.

The exercise of draconian censorship has never conveyed constructive majors to those countries that used this approach.
A lot has been written on countries that applied harsh laws to prevent the diffusion of information among its population, the captivity of journalists and news editors for publishing pictures of political leaders, ban populations from media exposure such as radio and television and even cases of assassination.

The South African bill of Protection of Information; Media Appeal Tribunal are cases of introduction of draconian censorship to the countries freedom of expression in a new level.

In a long run the censorship will escalate in brutal strategies, leading to ultimately destruction of years of achievements of freedom of expression for those involve in media activities and the lost of the citizen’s right of information.

All regimes start with the introduction of so called small censorship strategies but all end up with uncontrollable severe actions.

Definitions of leadership comprise various elements and so are those that are called with this adjective. Leadership is such a special skill, a skill that only few are born with while others develop it through life time.

In reality this is the opposite; we observe leaders abusing their power, marginalizing subordinates and communities for self enrichment.

Although is a vacancy difficult to fill because not all are call to lead, leaders should always honor the responsibility given to them when appointed for a leadership position.

Nothing is more dangerous than an idea, when you only have one idea

Having one idea is dangerous for human growth.
People with one idea are difficult to deal with because of they are fixated with the idea, stack in a comfort zone which they believe is the best for them and in most cases this believe include the rest of humanity.

Such person does not welcome different views, dispatch anything that differ from his idea and does not provide room for change.
It become difficult to hear others opinions, hence business performance and socialization is at risk.

One should always have ideas; but do not become obsessed with your idea because it can break you down, allow others to contribute to your personal growth by given yourself a chance to reconsider your idea.

I am sure u has being in a position where you feel so little so insecure about yourself, in a place where you question your capabilities of performance.
