Stereotypes

As human beings we call fellow humans names, criticize them, label them just by looking at them. most of the time because they don't fall under our so called values, social status, believes.

Stereotype is to assume, perceive and judge other from they external apparience.

Society label us because our car we drive, the supermarket we buy our grosseries at, church we attend, friends we hang out with, the neigborhood and community we belong to, our race, how dress code to name a few stareotyoes. Society don't give certain nationalities holders, individuals the opportunity to realise themselves because of society pressure.

Stereotyping is not good, it demoralizes people, make people blind by not allowing themselves to see others beyond the assumption they have about the person already; typical examples Italians are part of the maphia, Nigerians are drug dealers, Chinese are copycats, South Africans are self-centered and violent, etc.. These stereotypes are based on the actions of some of its individuals, it does not apply to everybody with this nationalities.

We should stop stereotyping, it does not contribute to the development of human kind and societies, it breaks down any kind of communication.

Fish falling from the sky

Watching a local television channel, i saw an advertisement about fish falling from the sky during a havy rain, droping down every way; the advertisement portrait this as a rare natural phenomenon which happen after every fifty years.

The mind behind his ad is visionary, in his or her line of work it will be considered as talented, but when you thing about it does this really happen in our life time?

In fact its impossible to witness such a phenomena in this life time, we only see images and hear testimonies of thunamies, taipones, flooding but never of fish falling from the sky at least i haven't heard of any. I believe fish falling from the sky is a phrase used as a methaphor.

In a perfect world human kind will all have buckets filled with fishes as synonimous of wealth; in our world one could only get fishes falling from the sky when you are extremly rich, finances is not an issue or by winning the lottery.

Fish don't fall from the sky and money neither, you don't get the chance to fill your account, your house, etc.. by waiting for fishes to come down from the sky, one has to work and fight to make it happen.

A skill set called Leadership

We have seen or heard of leaders who lieved a mark in politics, religion, culture, art, science, history, etc.. throughout history.

I believe a good leader is one that leads people regardless of the environments in which he/her is based in; a leader in one with charisma compassion, emphaty and great understanding of others.

some people are burned with the leader skills other nurture these skill through their life's till finally archiving the leadership position in an enterprise, business.

Leader are not self-conscience, their put others needs in front of their personal needs, assures that those who support and consider their skills needs are met, leave up to they compromises to the leagues, communities and followers.

More than ever before anyyone who dream of becoming a leader, have to work on its skill an assure that you have what it takes to be a leader; remember leaders leads people to success or failure

am sure you will like to be one that is remembered for practicing democratic and constructive leadership that lead to success.

How hard is it to follow instruction?

How hard it is t0 follow instructions?

This is a questions that much lecturers, parents, bosses that those in higher level in any field of life often ask themselves.

I consider that following instructions supposed to be easy but at times those posting or giving instructions makes it look so complicated, they do not state their intentions in the correct way, this will later lead to misinterpretation by scholars, employees, children in a house hold.

Instructions have to be clear for simple understanding, the fact that as human we tend to understand and interpret messages differently so instruction do don't differ. we all have individual understanding about things; when it comes to instructions we still come with our interpretations which will always differ from other people who has come across the same instruction.

Be aware of your instruction because individual are different, do not get surprise when the response of your instructions result in different interpretations.

Natural Habitat: Our most Valuable Resource

Natural habitat a country heritage, composed by beautiful landscapes, rivers, mountains, bays, marine and wild life, and territorial space; what makes it so spacial are the people who takes care of this habitat.

Is is unbelievable to see multinational polluting our atmosphere daily because of their billions euros/dollars turnover; the possibility that countries that contribute high level of the earth pollution is far to conceive because not even G8 meeting gets these countries to come to terms and reduce pollution; mean while the rest powerful countries are watching how some gamble humanity's faith.

So far 2010 has been about tsunamis, flooding and all kind of natural disaster in numerous countries these are consequence of years off Mal treating our planet, extremely polluted earth. who's to blame? everyone, we all pollute the atmosphere with our daily actions, regardless of the amount.

Is our responsibility to stop clattering our environment, out streets, community to make a better tomorrow starting
