Is poverty a sin, a cast or a circumstance?

Countries far away from the southern africa area, experience poverty in different ways, but what really agreviaty poverty in this side of the world, with southern africa the it become obvious because of the amount of the population who live in most devastating poverty situation and homeless.
The reality is that poverty is the sad true that covers our african countinent and the same all over the world, South Africa is not an exception, the question now is what is poverty?

Is it i cast because you come from certain family or tribe with wealth, a family with nothing but one and other; because your family tribe, your race commited a sin against the goods centuries ago; because you family in illeterate. These a myths that goes around all the time, and what should we believe is up to individuals.

I belive poverty is not a cast or sin, but a circumstance some people are just fortunate or unafortunate to be in the families, communities and race they live in and belong to. For those who are fortunate the circumstance is approprieate; some who was not born in the same circumstance work hard a to belong to a level whereby poverty is erradicate from they families.

But again tradidions has lot to do with poverty, until most people do not but their traditional believes aside , poverty will always exist in the communities, families and among they race.

If i were the boss?

If i have the chance to be the boss of a corporation, my main concern will be the creation of a company which rang among the best globally, a position which will be accommodated with aspects like balanced work environment, salary satisfaction, assuring that the company provides a workplace where employees feel at home, a place they could call a second home; make those hours at the office the more comfortable as possible to motivate employees at every step of their duties performance.

Create a stress free environment where people are treated equally and respected individually for what they are and not what fellow colleagues want them to be; where employees perform because they want to, not because they paid to do so, but with the feeling that at the end of the day they have contributed to something big.

A boss that respect individual opinion and believes in listening to employees and clients, is the key to success.

Addictions: From Food to Sex

What do we consider an addiction?
when do we see someone as an addict? Do i have an addiction?
these questions came through my mind while watching "The doctors" a health program on the 11 February 2010; thou the program was about youth drug abuse i couldn't stop thinking about my addictions.

"Addiction" Defining this concept in my head i came to realise that am not addicted to anything and i have to keep it this way. But wait a sec i have people i love who are addicted and we all know someone who has food - makes them feel better about themselves, sex - having multiple partner makes them feel there are in control.

Societies tackle drugs addiction the most; in my opinion FOOD AND SEX in this blog are used as examples as there lots more addictions out there and all should be given the same attention; any of us may fall under an addiction.

It all start with one little amount, at that simple moment of frustration, vulnerability and it may take a lifetime to get out of it or your life or love ones life once you become addicted; give a hand if you can.

Why i have conversations?

Answering a phone call from whoever it my be, means am exercicing the idea of having a conversation. conversations is essential in our life and for some of us is fundamental it completes our human existence.

I have conversations to communicate with friends, relatives, to get to know people better, know what are on others mind, persuade somebody for information, to i sincerly believe that conversations take place depending of the circumstance.

At times we just have to keep out mouth souht, we reading a note posted with the words "silence please" but because the situation call for it.

For some people having to fill such bucket of 100 things to do before you die is a challenge considering ideas don't come easily while for others it will be a pleasure. compiling the list
will depend on individual personality.

The individuals personality indicates the level of excitement about something and his driven for different things; this indicator will make some list longer than others. One with a driven personality discovers new things every day and having in mind the digital world, we are expose to new things, these become things the individual will have drive to experience during his like time.

On the contrary you come across to people with low self-esteem, careless and live life in a monotonous way, the list for those may not make it to 80 things.

Do your list regardless of how long it may be, assure to accomplish 100 things during your life journey.

Education is a word that has brought lots of controversy among civilizations over the centuries, in the modern era we living in where civilization believe we know better.

One of the most constant rising issues is till the battles to overcome division which has prevail over this education. Gender division will be the right words describe how we think, and position education in societies.

Is unbelievable to see the ways in which families, communities and even some governments around the globe support male education but act against female education. It will be nice to see a day whereby women around the world given same chance and opportunities as the opposite gender to acquire education.

Education is the key for success, it will enable female to change and impact societies and ultimately in the world, for those who have the privilege to access it grap the chance and make the best of it, the idea of my education motivates me day to day because i now better things will come.

" Is Polygamy a Feminist Issue? "

From my perspective polygamy is a feminist issue, is one of those things which men are allow to do and women are practically forbidden to do so, not even to give their personal point of view regarding this issue.
polygamy is something that goes against gender equality and support feminist practice, with this behaviour we empower men and at the same time unfair women.

It's a real pity to see how societies give rounds of applause to those men with such life style, how elders in certain cultures always praise those men as the example of culture continuity, how families give their daugthers' hand in marriage to engage into such practice.

The bright side of it is that in today's era, we living in societies that are saturated with various cultures and personal believes whereby we different intercultural interaction takes place every day.

I guess is left to individual to decide what is best to everyone, at the end of the day there is freedom of choice for us to practice in every matter we find ourselves in.
